1 jar of Stage 1 Earth's Best is 4 ounces
2 1/2 ice cubes should be equal to 1 jar of Gerber, Beechnut, Heinz Stage 1 baby food.
My twins were eating 1 cube each of a food from 6-7 months old, twice a day. They just weren't hungry for solid foods.
